"Exploring Neuroblastoma Cell Lines Using Short and Long-Read Sequencing following OCT4 Binding Inhibition at MYCN Locus"

The MYCN-amplified neuroblastoma cell lines (CHP134 and IMR32) were transfected with CRISPR-dCas9 targeting the OCT4 binding-site at the MYCN locus. Following a 24-hour transfection period, total RNA was extracted from the cells and subjected to short-read RNA sequencing using NextSeq 500, as well as long-read RNA sequencing using PacBio Sequel.
