Analysis of Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus pyogenes from invasive and colonisation isolates collected from people with and without a history of injecting drug use. Isolates collected from a community-based sample of people who inject drugs and hospital isolates from people with and without a history of injecting drug use in Melbourne, Australia between 2022 - 2023. Illumina short-read whole genome sequencing performed to characterise clonal diversity.
