Study on the mechanism of glycyrrhizic acid attenuating gefitinib-induced hepatotoxicity in mice

To study the hepatotoxic effects of gefitinib in mice and to explore the mechanism of action of glycyrrhetinic acid in attenuating gefitinib hepatotoxicity. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling of RNA-seq data from mouse liver administered with gefitinib and glycyrrhizic acid.
