Memory induced brain transcriptome of Nasonia giraulti. Nasonia giraulti strain:RV2x(U)

This N. giraulti transcriptome was assembled to study the differential expression between brains of N. giraulti wasps with or without memory conditioning. These results were compared to those of N. vitripennis strain AsymCx using the same experimental setup. In this way the natural variation in memory formation between both closely related wasps could be studied, thereby gaining insight on the evolution of memory dynamics.
