CRC990 B11 Biodiversity enrichment experiment

Analysis of tree biodiversity enrichment in oil palm plantations as part of the B02 subproject of the CRC990 Project. Soil samples from the upper layer (5-10 cm depth, 7 cm diameter) were taken for the B11 experiment (https://www.uni-goettingen.de/en/412084.html) in 2017 in Humusindo (Indonesia). DNA and RNA were extracted, RNA converted to cDNA. 16S rRNA genes (V3-V4) were amplified and sequenced.
