X-ray computed tomography cross-sectional images of three FRP-confined concrete columns under five load levels are provided in this dataset. These 3D images can be visualized and processed in 3D image software, such as Avizo© 2022.1 software (Thermo Fisher ScientificTM). (https://www.thermofisher.cn/cn/zh/home/industrial/electron-microscopy/electron-microscopy-instruments-workflow-solutions/3d-visualization-analysis-software/avizo-materials-science.html) The dataset contains the following data files: 1. “Circular_S1_raw.am” X-ray Computed Tomography cross-sectional images (grayscales voxel format) of original circular specimen at load level 1 (zero-load level). 2. “Circular_S2_deformed.am” X-ray Computed Tomography cross-sectional images (grayscales voxel format) of deformed circular specimen at Load level 2 (24.5MPa). 3. “Circular_S3_deformed.am” X-ray Computed Tomography cross-sectional images (grayscales voxel format) of deformed circular specimen at Load level 3 (30.7MPa). 4. “Circular_S4_deformed.am” X-ray Computed Tomography cross-sectional images (grayscales voxel format) of deformed circular specimen at Load level 4 (34.8MPa). 5. “Circular_S5_deformed.am” X-ray Computed Tomography cross-sectional images (grayscales voxel format) of deformed circular specimen at Load level 5 (39.5MPa). 6. “Rounded_square_S1_raw.am” X-ray Computed Tomography cross-sectional images (grayscales voxel format) of original rounded square specimen at load level 1 (zero-load level). 7. “Rounded_square_S2_deformed.am” X-ray Computed Tomography cross-sectional images (grayscales voxel format) of deformed rounded square specimen at Load level 2 (19.3MPa). 8. “Rounded_square_S3_deformed.am” X-ray Computed Tomography cross-sectional images (grayscales voxel format) of deformed rounded square specimen at Load level 3(24.2MPa). 9. “Rounded_square_S4_deformed.am” X-ray Computed Tomography cross-sectional images (grayscales voxel format) of deformed rounded square specimen at Load level 4 (26.6MPa). 10. “Rounded_square_S5_deformed.am” X-ray Computed Tomography cross-sectional images (grayscales voxel format) of deformed rounded square specimen at Load level 5 (31.0MPa). 11. “Square_S1_raw.am” X-ray Computed Tomography cross-sectional images (grayscales voxel format) of original square specimen at load level 1 (zero-load level). 12. “Square_S2_deformed.am” X-ray Computed Tomography cross-sectional images (grayscales voxel format) of deformed square specimen at Load level 2 (18.5MPa). 13. “Square_S3_deformed.am” X-ray Computed Tomography cross-sectional images (grayscales voxel format) of deformed square specimen at Load level 3 (21.7MPa). 14. “Square_S4_deformed.am” X-ray Computed Tomography cross-sectional images (grayscales voxel format) of deformed square specimen at Load level 4 (19.3MPa). 15. “Square_S5_deformed.am” X-ray Computed Tomography cross-sectional images (grayscales voxel format) of deformed square specimen at Load level 5 (18.1MPa). 16. “Aggregates_circular.stl” Coarse aggregates surface geometry (triangulated surface elements format) and aggregates distribution information for the circular specimen. 17. “Aggregates_rounded_square.stl” Coarse aggregates surface geometry (triangulated surface elements format) and aggregates distribution information for the rounded square specimen. 18. “Aggregates_square.stl” Coarse aggregates surface geometry (triangulated surface elements format) and aggregates distribution information for the square specimen. 19. “Data_Displacement_and_strain.xlsx” Displacement vectors data and volumetric strain data for all the deformed specimens (circular, rounded square, and square). These data were obtained by the DVC analysis from the Avizo DVC module. All data has been analyzed and presented in detail in the following paper: LI, Peng-Da; WU, Yu-Fei.
