RNA-seq and CUT&Tag profiling of primary neonatal rat cardiomyocytes

This dataset includes RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) and Cleavage Under Targets and Tagmentation (CUT&Tag) data generated from primary neonatal rat cardiomyocytes (Rattus norvegicus). The RNA-seq data provide a comprehensive transcriptome profile of cardiomyocytes under hypertrophy stimuli, while the CUT&Tag data reveal genome-wide binding patterns of QRICH1.
