Each table represents the number of paired samples that were able to provide a WSS score after filtering any low sequence coverage and low sequence depth samples against their given reference sequences for each species (see Materials and Methods for detailed information). Species that had a cut-off (CO) value were selected and used for comparative analysis. “CO: NA” indicates that there was no CO value assigned to this species, thus excluded to distinguish a related strain pair.
