Omeprazole regulate gastric cancer microenvironment by regulate exosomes associated miRNA. Homo sapiens

Exosomal miRNAs have emerged as microcommunicators of pathologic conditions including cancer where they educate the tumor microenvironment in favor of metastasis. We purified exosomes from the medium of SCG-7901 cells which was treated by 80ug/ml omeprazole 24h and was analysed by Aglient human microarray. Overall design: SGC-7901 cells was treated with omeprazole at 80ug/ml for 24h, and PBS was used as control. And the medium of SGC-7901 cells were collected and the exosomes were isolated by ExoQuick-TC exosome precipitation solution. Then the miRNA involved in exosomes was isolated by the total RNA purification Kit.Next the miRNA was analysised by microarry.
