Effect of depletion of Hmgcs2 on gene expression in neonatal mouse heart

To investigate the role of ketone body in the transcriptome in neonatal mouse heart, we constructed Hmgcs2 knockout mice and performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of wild-type and Hmgcs2 knockout mouse hearts at postnatal 3rd day. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for wild-type and Hmgcs2 knockout mouse hearts at postnatal 3rd day. Hmgcs2 is a gene involved in the regulation of ketone body production.
