Amisulpride, a known antipsychotic drug, was identified to target synovial fibroblasts activation in arthritis through novel identified targets. Overall design: 3’ RNA-Seq (QuantSeq) profiling of isolated WT, hTNFtg primary mouse joint synovial fibroblasts and hTNFtg synovial fibroblasts treated with Infliximab (Remicade) for 48h. 3 replicates per group.
