This data contain the code and material for the study "Defect-based fatigue life prediction and critical defect identification for selective laser melted Ti-6Al-4V alloy". The folder contains the following files: The "fitting.m" file is used to fit the optimal combination of training and testing sets. The "fitting_Murakami.m" file is used to determine the fitting performance of the Murakami model. The "p_value.m" file is used to calculate the Spearman correlation coefficient and perform significance testing. The other Excel files contain the source data used by the code and the raw data from the fatigue tests.
