Pre-built Neo4j graph database for the 3K Rice Genomes Project (3,024 accessions, 29.6M SNPs, 12 subpopulations, 12 chromosomes). Contains all variant nodes with pre-aggregated allele-count arrays, VEP consequence annotations, Plant Reactome pathway edges, GO term annotations, and all computed statistics (diversity, Fst, SFS, iHS, XP-EHH, nSL, ROH, Garud H). Ready to use with GraphPop CLI after loading with graphpop load.
