This dataset contains single-cell transcriptomic data of 54,103 cells from 5 patients with colorectal cancer, where 29,481 cells are derived from tumor tissues and 24,622 cells are from adjacent non-malignant tissues. The data is provided in the form of Seurat objects, including a gene expression matrix and 58 finely annotated cell types, and the raw filtered matrix processed by Cell Ranger 3 is also attached. With a large scale and abundant cell types, this dataset is suitable for research scenarios such as tumor microenvironment analysis, immune cell infiltration studies, and cancer-specific biomarker discovery.
