16S rRNA sequencing data to compare the rectal microbiota of healthy calves and calves that suffered from diarrhea during the first month.Each grop has been sampled at arrival at farm (days 8-15 of life), at one and two months of life. Additionally, there are samples collected at the moment of diarrhea for the diseased calves.
