资源简介:

This repository contains the data and code supporting the analyses presented in the manuscript “Climate change reshapes the distribution of Triatoma and increases future human exposure across the Americas.” The archive includes processed occurrence records, selected climatic predictors, cross-validation metrics, ensemble climatic suitability projections, binary suitability maps derived using the maximum sensitivity plus specificity threshold (maxSS), population exposure summaries, and the R script used for modelling and projection. Occurrence data were obtained from the Global Biodiversity Information Facility (GBIF). Climate predictors were derived from WorldClim and CMIP6 projections. Population data were sourced from the WorldPop project. All materials are provided to ensure full reproducibility of the modelling workflow and exposure estimates reported in the study.
