mosartwmpy simulations supporting HydroWIRES D3

Contiguous United States mosartwmpy v0.4.4 simulations providing the managed river flow timeseries for the HydroWIRES D3 experiments. The mosartwmpy simulation was run for the period 1980-2019 using runoff produced by the VIC4 hydrologic model forced with the Daymet meteorological forcing dataset. Water management was turned on and used the data-driven reservoir rules (ISTARF). Streamflows were extracted for 267 locations in the western U.S. to represent actual inflow into hydropower facilities in subsequent models in the D3 experiments. This release contains the mosartwmpy simulation files, the crosswalk mapping hydropower facilities to the mosartwmpy simulation grid, and the extracted streamflow dataset (forecast_perfect.csv).
