襄阳10000Nm3烟气净化中试线运行实验数据集

数据来源襄阳恩菲环保能源有限公司中试线，中试线系统包括石灰浆制备系统、干粉系统、半干法脱酸系统、脱硝除尘一体化系统、烟道系统、湿法一体化吸收专职机器碱液系统和管路、引风机等，进行全流程数据验证，通过入口调节温度、脱硫剂及还原剂反应添加量等因素测定污染物排放数据，通过烟气在线监测系统测定的主要内容为SO2、HCl、NOx、粉尘等，测试的烟气量为10000~12000 Nm³/h。

The data is collected from the pilot line of Xiangyang Enfei Environmental Protection Energy Co., Ltd. The pilot line system consists of lime slurry preparation system, dry powder system, semi-dry deacidification system, integrated denitrification and dust removal system, flue gas system, wet integrated absorption dedicated alkali liquor system, pipelines, induced draft fans, and other auxiliary equipment. Full-process data validation is carried out. Pollutant emission data is measured by regulating variables including inlet temperature, the dosage of desulfurizer and reducing agent for reaction. The flue gas online monitoring system is used to detect key pollutants such as SO2, HCl, NOx, and dust. The tested flue gas flow rate ranges from 10000 to 12000 Nm³/h.
