Whole blood transcriptional variations between responders and non-responders in asthma patients receiving omalizumab

To investigate blood transcriptional changes induced by omalizumab treatment and to determine variations between omalizumab responders and non-responders. Total RNA isolated from whole blood of asthma patients (X) before and during weeks of omalizumab treatment (W); asthma patients seperated based on response to omalizumab treatment; healthy controls (BD) recruited as well
