This table represents a summary of TreeMix 3-population test results performed using all combinations of three groups shaped by each of the two groups from SWF (E-SWF and W-SWF) considered as focal group, and two other groups (Reference groups 1 and 2) considered as the two potential ancestors of the focal group.
