Foxp3+ regulatory T cells play a role in suppressing excessive inflammatory We used microarrays to investigate the global gene expression regulated by CYLD in Foxp3+ Treg cells. Foxp3-restricted CYLD knockout mice were generated by crossing floxed CYLD mice with Foxp3-YFP-cre mice. YFP+ Treg cells were facs-sorted from lymph nodes (linguinal, axillary, brancial) and spleen.
