Selenium Isotopic Constraints on Biogeochemical Cycling of Selenium in the Western Pacific Ocean

This dataset contains hydrographic parameters, dissolved inorganic selenium (DISe) concentrations, selenium speciation (Se(IV) and Se(VI)), stable selenium isotope ratios (δ82/76DISe), and Se speciation ratios measured at three full-depth stations (E1: 18°N, E3: 16°N, E7: 12°N, E12: 8°N, E18: 15°N, E24: 2°N，) along the 130°E transect in the Western Pacific Ocean, sampled during cruise 201710 (October 2017). These data support the findings presented in the associated manuscript published in Geochimica et Cosmochimica Acta, which reports the first full-depth dissolved Se isotope profiles from the open ocean.
