Adopt IoT devices such as sensors and IoT monitoring boxes, and build a hierarchical distributed system architecture comprising the perception layer, transmission layer, processing layer, and application layer via the dual-channel mode of wireless and wired networks, to achieve all-round data acquisition, transmission, and perception of temperature, humidity, and update time data. 2. Utilize data cleaning and data integration technologies to process the collected data. 3. Input the standard indicator values into the monitoring system: the maximum allowable temperature is 38℃, the minimum allowable temperature is 35℃, and the maximum allowable humidity is 85% (the minimum humidity has no lower limit). Update the monitoring results as needed. If both the temperature and humidity monitoring results fall within the standard ranges, the evaluation is marked as T; otherwise, the situation is deemed abnormal and marked as F, and the environmental alarm system will be triggered immediately upon detecting an abnormality. 4. Combine with time series data to record all environmental monitoring records of the factory workshop in the third quarter. Construct a deep neural network model that correlates product quality with environmental parameters; realize the control and optimization of environmental parameters in the data space, and issue early warnings and trigger the feedback mechanism promptly when abnormalities occur.
