This RNA-seq dataset represents a mouse liver model subjected to a 3-week DDC (3,5-diethoxycarbonyl-1,4-dihydrocollidine) diet, with or without 10% alcohol supplementation. The mice were treated with either a DDC diet or a DDC diet combined with 10% alcohol in drinking water. The sampling was conducted at the Shanghai Institute of Materia Medica, Chinese Academy of Sciences, China.
