GCAD-Global v1.2 and Nature flagship analysis package: inverting the institutional filter of global industrial accident records (1970-2025)

Version v1.20: Nature flagship submission package (second-round editorial review, N1-N4 fixes). Corrects the Supplementary Information section 6 so that its Extended Data Fig. 10 description matches the figure (u = 10, xi = 0.896 versus 0.873, merged statutory corpus / Table T10; u = 5, xi = 0.916 versus 0.809, Table T23c; the detection-corrected mature-window variant 0.907 versus 0.678 is given in the text); removes a dangling 'Fig. 2f' cross-reference in SI section 2A; renames the satellite subsection and the cover-letter contribution from 'verification' to 'detection' for consistency; and restates Fig. 3c as cross-system visibility with MEM-to-ARIA <=1.8%. No analysis number, result, citation content, qualifier or argument changed.
