Heavy rains since the third week of September have resulted in floods throughout the North-West provinces around Tonle Sap Lake and along the Mekong River in central Cambodia. The floods has affected provinces Banteay Meanchey, Battambang, Kampong Cham, Kampong Thom, Kandal, Kratié, Oddar Meanchey, Pailin, Preah Vihear, Prey Veng, Pursat, Siem Reap, Stung Treng, Ratanakiri.<br>
