IPK Genebank Information System

The GBIS is a comprehensive information system that organizes and provides access to data on plant genetic resources stored in the German Federal ex situ Genebank at the Leibniz-Institute of Plant Genetics and Crop Plant Research (IPK) in Gatersleben. It includes detailed passport, characterization, and evaluation data for tens of thousands of accessions (varieties, landraces, wild relatives, etc.).
