Development and Application of Saffron Symbiotic Microbial Agents

This project focuses on the development of a specialized symbiotic microbial agent for saffron (Crocus sativus). By screening high-efficiency symbiotic microorganisms (e.g., PGPR, mycorrhizal fungi) and optimizing composite microbial formulations, it aims to enhance crocin content, improve stress resistance, and enable sustainable cultivation. The technology is tailored for high-value medicinal crop production, promoting eco-friendly agricultural practices.
