The 16s rRNA sequencing data for reed, corn, and rice straw after the ensiling

A 90-day ensiling procedure was conducted using distinct combinations of six basal bacterial inoculants (Lactobacillus plantarum, L. buchneri, Pediococcus pentosaceae, Aspergillus niger, Bacillus subtilis, and Candida utilis) and three basal enzymes (xylanase, mannase, and glucanase). Different proportions of bacterial inoculants and enzymes were employed for silage within each group, followed by 16s rRNA sequencing.
