Means±SE are based on at least three biological replications. Well-watered and drought conditions were analyzed separately. Statistically significant differences were determined by one-way ANOVA followed by Tukey’s post-hoc test (P<0.05). Letters following mean±SE indicate statistical significance, where treatment (i.e., Genotype) means with the same letter are not significantly different. a Drought measurements 5 weeks after withholding water. b Drought measurements 3 weeks after withholding water.
