Haploinsufficiency of transcriptional regulators causes human congenital heart disease (CHD), suggesting that reduced transcription factor dosage causes a gene regulation imbalance. Here, we define transcriptional responses to reduced TBX5 in embryonic mouse hearts. Embryonic heart mRNA profiles at E10.5 of wildtype (WT), Tbx5 CreERT2/+, Tbx5 del/+ and Tbx5 del/CreERT2 were generated by deep sequencing, in quadruplicate.
