Original transcriptome data of wax gourd wilt disease

This study conducted transcriptome sequencing on wax gourd materials (GD68, resistant material, abbreviated as F; HM25, sensitive material, abbreviated as L) at five time points (0, 4, 6, 8, 10) after inoculation with Fusarium wilt disease, in order to identify the transcriptional pathways and channels mediated by wax gourd resistant materials.
