Multiple stressors act simultaneously in lakes, yet little is known about their combine effects. In a large scale enclosures experiment we have reproduced 14 different scenario simulating various levels of browning and eutrophication. All enclosures were sampled at three time points over a period of 6 weeks. Besides metagenomic data we also monitored water chemistry and the diversity in algae and zooplankton.
