The original sequence of second-generation amplicons of macrobenthic organisms in the Nanji Islands

The research team carried out a systematic sample collection work on Nanji Islands. They conducted meticulous sampling at multiple sites and depths for water and sediment samples to ensure the comprehensiveness and representativeness of the samples. Subsequently, the collected samples were properly transported to a professional laboratory. Advanced molecular biology techniques were then used to accurately extract the environmental DNA (eDNA) from them. Immediately after, cutting - edge high - throughput sequencing technology was employed to conduct in - depth sequencing analysis of the extracted eDNA, with the aim of comprehensively analyzing the biodiversity information in the waters and sediments of Nanji Islands.
