HYGIENE OF CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS - A FACTOR IN FORMING A HEALTHY GENERATION

This article analyzes the role and importance of hygiene rules in protecting the health of children and adolescents. It covers personal hygiene skills, a healthy diet, proper organization of the daily routine, and sanitary and hygienic requirements in educational institutions. Special attention is also paid to the issues of digital hygiene and mental health, which are relevant for adolescents in the modern world. The purpose of the article is to show the complex influence of hygienic factors in the formation of a healthy generation and to provide recommendations for parents and educators in this regard.
