The file contains data divided in two separated sheets: Data related to Figure 18. These are the data collected for the growth assay on double lysogenic strains. The experiment has been performed using a plate reader. Data related to the analysis on the new chimeric genome. In particular, we searched for genes coming from phi3T phage (one of the two ancestor/reference phage involved) in the newly sequenced and assembled chimeric genomes. This sheet includes also the data used to obtain two heat maps: one listing all the genes coming from phi3T, and the other listing only the unique genes (based on a genome comparison with four other closely related and homologous SPbeta-like viruses).
