Myocardial GR epigenomic changes with single ZT0 prednisone pulse

this dataset encompasses the cardiac GR epigenomic changes elicited in 4-month-old mice with a single ZT0 prednisone (1mg/kg i.p.) injection Overall design: 4 months-old mice (WT, C57BL/6J background) were injected with either vehicle, or one i.p. injection of 1mg/kg prednisone (#P6254; Sigma-Aldrich; St. Louis, MO) at ZT0. The injectable solution was diluted from a 5mg/ml stock in DMSO (#D2650; Sigma-Aldrich; St. Louis, MO) in 50ml volume. Injections were conducted at the beginning of the light-phase (ZT0; lights-on). Hearts were collected 4 hours after last injection.
