Grey reef shark gene annotation

This are genome annotation gff files of the grey reef shark chromosome-level genome. It should be regarded as a preliminary annotation as we had limted tissue for transcriptome data and thus only preivously published RNA-seq and protein evidence was avaiable. BRAKER3 ab initio predictions identified 16,522 genes which are intended to use only as a starting point for further more thorough analyses. The original file was filtered for a minimum length of 30 encoded amino acids, resulting in 16,505 genes (CarAmb.v1_braker_ORFmin30.gff3).
