CellMarker

CellMarker 2.0 is an updated database that provides a manually curated collection of experimentally supported markers of various cell types in different tissues of human and mouse. CellMarker 2.0 Appends 36 300 tissue-cell type-maker entries, 474 tissues, 1901 cell types and 4566 markers over the previous version. The current release recruits 26 915 cell markers, 2578 cell types and 656 tissues, resulting in a total of 83 361 tissue-cell type-maker entries.CellMarker 2.0是一款更新版数据库，收录经人工整理注释、有实验验证支持的人类与小鼠不同组织中各类细胞类型的细胞标志物（cell marker）集合。相较于前代版本，本次更新新增了36,300条组织-细胞类型-标志物条目，涵盖474种组织、1,901种细胞类型以及4,566个细胞标志物。当前版本共收录26,915个细胞标志物、2,578种细胞类型以及656种组织，总计包含83,361条组织-细胞类型-标志物条目。
