RESOLVE Ecoregions is an eco-geographic regional database developed by One Earth. This database divides the Earth into 185 discrete bioregions, which are organized under the world's major biogeographic realms. This framework is constructed by intersecting biomes with large-scale topographic features and ecoregional groupings, providing a collective action framework for scientific research, governance initiatives, philanthropic funding, and public advocacy.
