资源简介:
The crystal structures of the samples were analyzed by Rigaku Ultima IV X-ray diffraction (XRD). The pore structure characteristics of the catalysts were measured using a V-Sorb 4804 specific surface area and pore size analyzer (BET) manufactured by Beijing Jinaipu Co., Ltd. The morphology and microstructure of the catalysts were observed using a ZEISS Sigma 300 scanning electron microscope (SEM) and a JEOL JEM-F200 transmission electron microscope (TEM), respectively. The cobalt content in the catalysts was determined by an Agilent 5110 inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometer (ICP-OES). Hydrogen temperature-programmed reduction (H2-TPR) and hydrogen temperature-programmed desorption (H2-TPD) were performed on an Anton Paar China ASIQC050200-6 fully automatic temperature-programmed chemisorption instrument. Before the H2-TPR test, the sample was pretreated in flowing helium at 200 °C for 30 min to remove surface adsorbates, then cooled to room temperature, switched to a 10% H2/Ar mixture, and heated to 800 °C at 5 °C/min. Hydrogen consumption signals were monitored using a thermal conductivity detector. Before the H2-TPD test, the sample was pretreated by the same procedure. After cooling to room temperature, the gas was switched to 10% H2/Ar for H2 adsorption until saturation. The sample was then purged with flowing helium for 30 min to remove physisorbed H2, followed by heating to 600 °C at a rate of 5 °C/min for H2 temperature-programmed desorption. The amount of desorbed H2 was detected by TCD. K-Alpha X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) was used to analyze the chemical states and relative contents of elements on the sample surface. Raman spectroscopy (Raman) measurements were performed on a scientific LabRAM type spectrometer from HORIBA, Japan. Thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) was carried out by the HTG-1 thermogravimetric analyzer made by Beijing Hengjiu Scientific Instrument Factory. The analysis was conducted in an air atmosphere with a gas flow rate of 100 mL/min, a temperature range from room temperature to 800 °C, and a heating rate of 5 °C/min.
