WES of primary mouse sarcomas

To identify possible genomic differences between primary and locally recurrent sarcomas, we performed whole exome sequencing (WES) of amputated (Amp) and matched locally recurrent (LR) tumors from mice treated with ISO antibody or anti-PD-1 + RT. We analyzed WES of matched amputated and locally recurrent tumors to identify somatic mutations and copy number alterations within each tumor compared with two control liver samples.
