Dicyema sp. exctracted from renal sac of Octopus cf. conispadiceus Raw sequence reads

Dicyemida (=Rhombozoa) is a phylum of highly simplified worm-like parasites. Dicyemids are reported to experience chromatin diminution, genome rearrangements, and generation of extrachromosomal circular DNA, which are assumed to take place during development of their somatic cells. We obtained genomic data for one Dicyema species to survey its genomic data and perform phylogenomic analyses.
