Cryptosporidium spp. oocysts and Giardia duodenalis cysts in cattle in Latvia, 2020-2021

The Excel database contains data about Cryptosporidium spp. and Giardia duodenalis from 980 cow faecal samples from 32 farms in Latvia. The database contains information on date of sample collection, parish, sex, age in days and breed of cow (based on codes from the Agricultural Data Centre: https://registri.ldc.gov.lv/lv/dzivnieku_skirnu_kodi). Also, information on the concentration of Cryptosporidium spp. and Giardia duodenalis in a 1 g sample. Samples were collected from March 2020 to March 2021. Fecal samples were stained with immunofluorescence staining.
