Lathyrus sativus cultivar:Bidhan and Nirmal Transcriptome or Gene expression

In this study the comparative transcriptome analysis of the nirmal and bidhan varieties of Lathyrus sativus has been performed to identify the beta odap marker genes. Transcriptomic analysis of bidhan under salinity stress has also been performed to decipher different stress related genes which are directly or indirectly regulated by beta odap.
