Dataset and reproducibility materials for land subsidence risk assessment in the Ica Valley, Peru

This repository contains the public dataset, processed geospatial products, Python scripts, figures, tables, and supporting documentation associated with the study on land subsidence and risk assessment in the Ica Valley, Peru. The materials support the analysis of subsidence using SBAS-InSAR, machine learning, land-use information, hydrogeological variables, and spatial risk assessment. The public 500 m grid dataset contains 16,180 cells and 15 predictor variables. Two institutional groundwater-licensing variables used in the complete scientific model (n_lic_1416 and volic_1416) are excluded from the public dataset because the underlying information was provided by the AAA Chaparra–Chincha and is not redistributed in this repository. Consequently, some results cannot be reproduced exactly from the public dataset alone. Original GNSS data provided by the Instituto Geográfico Nacional del Perú (IGN) are also excluded. The repository includes final processed InSAR products, refined land-use layers derived from MapBiomas Perú with author refinement, risk products, and the scripts and documentation required to reproduce the publicly distributable components of the study. The repository is intended to support transparency, traceability, and reproducibility of the results reported in the associated scientific article.
