资源简介:
Biocides from building materials pose a risk for soil pollution. Although ecotoxicity to the aquatic habitat is well established, there is hardly any data on the ecotoxicological effects of biocides on the soil habitat. Therefore, this study aimed to characterize the effect of the biocides terbutryn (T), isoproturon (I), octhilinone (O), and combinations thereof on the total and active soil microbial community composition and functions. Bromodeoxyuridine (BrdU) immunocapture method combined with Illumina bacterial 16S rRNA gene and fungal transcribed spacer region (ITS) gene-based amplicon sequencing. Soil microcosms were treated with 10 microg*g-1 of single biocides terbutryn (T) (2-N-tert-butyl-4-N-ethyl-6-methylsulfanyl-1,3,5-triazine-2,4-diamine, DRE-C17320000, LGC Standards GmbH, Wesel, Germany), isoproturon (I) ([N-(4-isopropylphenyl)-N', N'-dimethylurea], DRE-C14470000, LGC Standards GmbH), or octhilinone (O) (2-octyl-1,2-thiazol-3-one, DRE-C15711500, LGC Standards GmbH) or biocides mixtures thereof 5 microg*g-1 terbutryn + 5 microg*g-1 isoproturon (TI), 5 microg*g-1 terbutryn + 5 microg*g-1 octhilinone (TO), 5 microg*g-1 isoproturon + 5 microg*g-1 octhilinone (IO), and 3.3 microg*g-1 terbutryn + 3.3 microg*g-1 isoproturon + 3.3 microg*g-1 octhilinone (TIO).
