Here we describe the dynamics of a superfund site NC lot 86 microbial community. Using 16S and ITS rRNA gene sequencing of groundwater and biofilm samples collected on May 2012 from 13 pump-and-treat remediation system components, we characterized the community membership and structure to determine whether there were significant differences in those components communities.
