scRNA-seq of WT/CP stomach and BMP2/OPN-treated CP tumoroids

This dataset contains single-cell RNA-seq data from mouse gastric tissues and CP tumoroid models. - `WT (1M).h5`, `CP (1M).h5`, `CP (4M).h5`: Seurat objects from stomach epithelial cells of WT and CP mice.- `CP`, `CPBMP2`, `CPOPN`: Filtered matrix files (barcodes, features, matrix) from CP tumoroids treated with vehicle, BMP2, or OPN. All data were generated using 10x Genomics and analyzed with Cell Ranger and Seurat.
