A study of the mechanism of leadership feedback environment on employee creativity

To examine the relationship between leadership feedback environment, proactive behaviour, creativity and the moderating role of sleep quality in it. A moderated mediation model was used to test the results, which found that: leadership feedback environment has a significant positive effect on employee creativity; proactive behaviour plays a fully mediating role between the two variables of leadership feedback environment and creativity; sleep quality plays a moderating role in the role of leadership feedback environment on proactive behaviour, and when the higher the level of sleep quality is, with the improvement of the leadership feedback environment, proactive behaviour shows asignificant upward trend.
